All of our staff, from our hosts to our bartenders are fully immersed in a culture of spirits and cocktails. We are a team of passionate and creative professionals, and our goal is to express ourselves through drink. We do this as a team, no one person is more integral than another. Over the years our staff have moved on to open their own businesses, represent global brands, and work at world-class bars like The Dead Rabbit, NYC, The American Bar at the Savoy, London.
